  • Phase 1 homes are currently selling for $355,000* in an effort to help make home ownership in Moab affordable.

    Phase 2 home pricing has yet to be finalized due to material acquisition, but is expected to be under $385K as well.

  • We have new construction completed homes for sale now (Phase 1), with an additional 12 being built in late 2025, expected to be available early 2026 (Phase 2.)

  • Anyone working or living in Grand County* (or northern San Juan) who is not currently a homeowner and whose household income is below $120,000 is eligible to purchase a home in Arroyo Crossing.

    What makes our twin home special is we use professional homebuilders (not volunteers) and require no sweat equity from the home buyer.
