Territorial Land Company, LLC
Mark has lived in Moab for over 25 years and has successfully built over 50 custom homes throughout the years. Mark’s niche is the ability to work one-on-one with future home buyers, listen to their needs, and provide the quality and custom touches that make the house their home.
He first successfully built 16 custom homes in 2003, known locally as “Coyote Run,” with a modern aesthetic that honors and blends with the native canyons it neighbors. In 2008, he built another 22 custom homes in the White Horse Subdivision, located just a few miles south of Moab's city center.
When not building homes, he also founded and ran a highly successful cycling events business called Skinny Tire Events. Skinny Tire held two events annually and, through his tenure, raised over six million dollars for cancer survivorship and research, including being able to establish the oncology department at Moab Regional Hospital.
Mark has always understood that a community that takes care of each other is a community worth living in.
When not building homes, you may find Mark on a long bike ride with his wife, skiing in the mountains, spending time with his kids, or meandering the red rock wonder that is Grand County.
